Jessica Han, MOT, OTR/L
Mental Health Occupational Therapist
Jessica, MOT, OTR/L, is a nationally board certified and licensed occupational therapist specialized in mental health and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. Jessica earned her degree at Loma Linda University and is currently working on getting her post-doctoral occupational therapy degree specializing in mental health with all populations. She is dedicated to helping individuals understand and manage the impact of mental health challenges on their daily lives. Through comprehensive, evidence-based assessments, Jessica evaluates clients’ cognitive, emotional, and functional abilities within the context of their routines, environments, and roles. Her work centers on identifying barriers to participation and well-being, from difficulties in sensory regulation, self-care and executive functioning to social interaction and coping strategies. Jessica uses tools such as the Sensory Adolescence/Adult Profile, MOHO-based assessments, the Occupational Self-Assessment (OSA), the COPM, and sensory processing evaluations to build a full picture of each client’s needs.
I believe in a holistic, client-centered approach, blending evidence-based practices with genuine compassion and understanding. My goal is to empower clients to overcome challenges, develop resilience, and rediscover joy in their daily routines.
